Grounding Guided Meditation
When we look at nature, we can see a place of beauty and balance. Spending time outside often helps us feel more relaxed, inspired and recharged. Our physical body is made of the same elements of the earth and nature is there to nourish and support us.
When we are not present and grounded in our body, we can feel disconnected, out of balance and perhaps finding it difficult to take decisions. By grounding regularly to the energies of the earth, we can start feeling a stronger connection to our body, to ourselves, and to the world around us.
This meditation will help you to understand the 4 elements water, fire, air and earth and how they operate within us, to feel more centered and grounded and to bring more balance within yourself and into the world.
