DESCRIPTION:

Are you aware of the link between your body and mind and how your thoughts and emotions shape your reality?  Being more aware of this connection helps us to understand how we can better influence our reality and what we are attracting into our life. When we hold on to a thought that does not support us, thinking it over and over again can transform it in to a limiting belief. This creates thinking patterns that in time may block us from moving forward and achieving our goals. Certain situations sometimes reoccur as an indication that something is out of alignment and we need to consider making a change. We are not at the mercy of our thoughts and emotions, but we have the choice to choose what to think and how to feel. By becoming more aware of your own energy you can start to shift and change by making more conscious choices and decisions. The physical body has a wisdom of its own and often gives us signs of what is out of alignment and where we need to change to bring the energy into balance. By being more aware of your thinking and letting go of old beliefs, you can break this pattern of resistance and move forward with more confidence and clarity. In this workshop we will explore the connection between our body and mind and learn how you can change your limiting beliefs and releasing old emotions by raising your awareness, with the aim to help create the life that you truly desire.

When we look at nature, we can see a place of beauty and balance. Spending time outside often helps us feel more relaxed, inspired and recharged.  Our physical body is made of the same elements of the earthand nature is there  to nourish and support us.When we are not present and grounded in our  body , we can fe e l disconnected, out of balance andperhaps finding it difficult to take decisions. By grounding regularly to the energies of the earth , we canstart feeling a stronger connection to our body, to ourselves, and to the world around us.This meditation will guide you into exploring the beautiful elements of nature and allow them to assist youinto being more centered, balanced and to wal k with more confidence.In this practice, we will also focus on th e 3 lower chakras in the body, the root, sacral and the solar plexusto understand the energy they each represent. As you become more aware of your own connec tion to the earth and everything around, you start feelinga deeper sense of peace and purpose within.
